Fantastic app! Makes it so easy for my customers to write reviews! Works seamlessly with Shopify's built-in product review app.
Excellent customer service. I was modifying a page and needed code for certain parts of the review and the response was quick and they were very helpful.
The app is very user-friendly with alot of features to customise. Customer Service is one of the best that I have come across for a Shopify App. I highly recommend Stamped.io for reviews!
I love all the features this app offers especially the ability to have customers submit videos and/or photos with their reviews. Although I did have a difficult time installing the different widgets due to the design of my website, the team did not hesitate to install them for me when I mentioned the difficulty.
I've been using this app for a few months now and it has been great. I'd highly recommend it as it is easy to setup, easy to use and has helped our business grow. We have a long way to go as a company, but the review process without a doubt has contributed to our growth and will continue to do so.
We absolutely love Stamped for our reviews platform. The ability to add photos and customizing is what makes it powerful for any store.
I use this App for my reviews and have been with them for years. I wouldn't think of switching as they are so responsive as a team - the support is just fantastic. I've been using this Stamped.io reviews app for some time now and it's really easy to use and has great impact for potential customers browsing on my store. There are a few minor improvements I'd like to see (mainly around the visual appearance of some of the widgets), but they're workable as they are. But what I find most great is the customer support - really responsive team, emails answered within 1-2 hours at most and always willing to help to resolve any questions you have. Particular thanks to Christopher S for helping a technophobe like me make sense of things! Highly recommend! :)
