The support staff is incredible, they answer emails around the clock and typically resolve issues in less than a few hours. I love this app, I've been using it for about a month and people are responding to the automation emails and leaving reviews. It looks great and does exactly what I want it to. I recently changed theme from Debut to Impulse and the reviews weren't showing anymore so I got in touch with Stamped.io and both Amar and Mohamed helped me get it back on my site and it's working again. All email correspondence was quick and easy and as customer service should be. Great job guys!

I've been using this app for over a year now. The actual layout of the reviews is great and if you upgrade your membership you get better features. You can set the date range of when you want your customers to receive review emails and customize basically every aspect of it. The app itself is pretty great but I HIGHLY recommend Stamped.Io because of their customer service. Over the past year I've switched themes on my site roughly 5+ sites, they immediately added their code to each theme to make sure my reviews stay up at all times. They respond to my emails extremely quick, great job guys!

Implementation of the app is relatively easy and is pretty customizable so you are able to get the look that you want/need for your store. Also, customer service so far has been GREAT and FAST! Definitely recommend.
