Brilliant customer support. Once the AI couldn't help me I set up a ticket and Anthony R got back to me in a timely and professional manner and helped me out with questions and even the set up of our account. I was a bit worried when Stamped lost its free trial as we had this on a few stores but it has been worth the subs on our busiest platforms and it is a great app that encourages customer interaction and feedback.
Non existent customer service. You guys charge $23 for customers to even use your app, and you couldn't hire a few cs agent??

We weren’t able to locate a conversation associated with this, but our team is available through the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the app, as well as by email at support@stamped.io. If you reach out there, we’d be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We have been using Stamped.io for a few years now. It is a reliable way to solicit reviews from customers, and the reviews can be configured to show up on Google Shopping, or as Product Snippets.
Should you ever need support, the stamped.io team has always been responsive and helpful to our enquiries, providing a solution. Going with Stamped.io is a great choice!
run... something is always breaking. no chat or phone support. just email. document the issue and send the email. several days later you get an email from them for more screen shots of the problem... rinse and repeat taking weeks to get anything resolved if at all

After looking at our records, we received 2 different tickets from your account, and for both tickets, one was replied within 13 minutes and the other ticket was replied within 20 minutes. We also have a really strict policy of replying to any ticket within 12 hours, and this hasn't changed in the last 2 years.
We aren't quite sure if you're referring to our app, our support has attempted to reach out to you over a phone call but it got redirected to a voicemail.
We will continue reaching out to you personally to resolve any issue you're facing swiftly.
I am updating my review to the lowest possible rating. I have been seeking help for the same issue for two months, yet I have seen no meaningful resolution—only repeated requests for more information. The assigned support representative, Arjun, has been unhelpful, lacks communication skills, and shows no real willingness to assist.
Additionally, we will be switching platforms as Stamped has effectively stopped providing us with services, claiming we exceeded the order limit for our plan. This is incorrect—our marketplace orders are somehow being counted towards our plan, even though we are not supposed to send review requests to marketplace customers.
Overall, I am downgrading my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could!"

The product is great, however if you have an issue with billing you will go around in circles with shopify and stamped. Just be aware if you sign up and start paying you may end up paying for a product that you don't get. Both parties will say that the other is at fault. So far I've paid well $1000usd and received only the free package. Normally I wouldn't write a low star review however after trying for months to get a resolution I haven't been looked after.
We have used this app for a years on our website and think its great.
Adds SEO to your site and is fully automated once set up. No problems setting it up and works a treat. Excellent. We used the widget on our home page and were assisted with this by the Stamped support team and the process was painless.
Reviews in general are a PITA. I was with Stamped for many years until they removed the "free" version and started charging way more than anyone else for a review app. I was already on the fence about staying with them and ironically had a problem one day that they couldn't solve. I found out about the problem by searching the web, it actually had nothing to do with the app it was a Microsoft issue however they should have known about it. In the process of getting this problem fixed I felt brushed off by the rep. I checked on my end, and everything is fine, so you have a nice day kind of thing, and I decided to find another company and I am SO glad I did because the new company is a perfect fit for my business.
We've been using Stamped.io Reviews app for several years now and have been very impressed with the functionality and customer service. Jenson and the developer team have been extremely responsive helping resolve issues with other apps that were preventing the side drawer from properly appearing. Highly recommend giving this app a try.
Not responding to our emails. No stamped review emails sent for two months and stamped are not responding or doing anything to help.
Still poor service sadly. Stamped review emails are not reaching customers for two months now. No response from the team for two days.Terrible service recently. Reviews stop product pages from loading and the issues is still not fixed. Business lost for two days because of this. Team did not respond until today and issue is still not fixed. This issue keep happening despite the team saying they fixed it. Issue is ongoing today. No response received from stamped yet.
