Great customer support to fix up imported reviews and looks great. The imported reviews weren't showing up as no product was assigned but support fixed that for me within 12 hours
Purchased the first tier product. I recommend this app! Easy to use, and for the most part "drives itself."

Love this so far- I've been using this app for about a month and it was easy to customize and looks pretty great on my website. I really liked that you can add extra custom fields to your review form. Highly recommend.
It’s a little difficult to navigate but I’m just so glad to be able to send review emails where someone can review directly in the email!!!!

Best customer service. I wanted to make some twicks to my website and they changed everything for me in seconds. I am so impressed with their customer service. The app also works really well on my website
This app is a train wreck. Their database constantly gets buggy and doesn't display our reviews correctly. Customer service seems overwhelmed and support takes weeks to resolve simple issues. I pay over $1,000 per month and am regretting it.

This has a lot of features for a free app. I like the fact that customers can post pictures and video.
