We like the app a lot! The customer support was also very fast when we needed help (reviews were not updating to star rating). The free version is good enough, although the paid version could be even better especially if you have more than 50 orders per month.

Just started using the app. Easy to integrate and very helpful customer service via email. Adding the SPF/DKIM DNS records to your domain registrar is needed if you want the review requests to come from your email address and not stamped.io.

The support team is quick to respond and to assist/fix any bugs that is causing issues. Thanks team!

So far so good! I needed a good app to show reviews on my website. Luckily they have a free version to start off with. Ran into a few difficulties and customer service helped me through them quickly

This review is about their customer service. They've been really helpful with a variety of issues we had on our end that they were able to fix directly or walk us through what we needed to do. So far, it's a great tool with great customer service.

The app is great and the customer service is outstanding. When listing the customer's Location in the review, I wish the app pulled the City, State from their order rather than their Country. All our customer reviews are "United States," which isn't too informative. Maybe one day. Other than that, awesome.
