Great App and customer service
An excellent App and I would highly recommend it to anyone in a retail based business. We all know that it takes a certain type of customer to spend the time logging into your website, if they even have an account and go through the entire process of writing a review. With this amazing app, your customers receive an email (you set the time frame when it goes out) and right within that email the customer can write a review. Simple and easy. That's what customers like and this makes it possible to receive the customers feedback without having them go through a lengthy process. A definate 'Must Have' for retailers.
