The setup & customization for this app were pretty simple. I recently reached out to support to help get my old Shopfy App reviews synced over to Stamped. Support was quick & helpful. The reviews look much nicer on my website than the old review app too. I like having the Verified badge on reviews showing as well.

Now 2024! Nearly eight years later, I'm even happier with this app. Eslam has helped me over the last two days to update my site and it looks so much more professional. Can't fault their customer service - top marks!

This is a great app & very easy to install. I'm so pleased to have found an automatic method of getting customers to write reviews without having to request them myself as a follow on email each time. I needed a small change to the size of the text in the review box and Tommy came back to me with the answer within an hour. What a good service. Two weeks installed and already reviews are starting to arrive. Excellent!

Great customer service, my reviews weren't showing up as expected so I reached out for help and everything was fixed for me! It's now working really well. Not sure what I had done wrong but the lovely folks fixed it for me.

We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

I have been using both the Review and Loyalty apps for a few years. Whenever I have a problem or question, the Stamped crew is always quick to respond also the backend admin is very straightforward.
