It was a little hard to figure out the format for importing existing reviews, but the team was extremely nice and helpful, and now it feels easy to use. The reviews also look very nice on my store. Thank you.
They probably offer the best support compared to every other shopify app. There is no going back and forth. If something is wrong they just go ahead and fix it along with a detailed report of what was changed.
I can’t express how happy I am with the support.

Perfect app for our website. Easily integrated and easy to reach support and get assistance when we need it.
Great app for reviews and helpful customer service. Sometimes the load time for the reviews is slow so hopefully they can improve that going forward.
Customer support is great! They were able to address our concerns quickly.
The system stopped working completely and we've had to manually input points for customers. Customers were leaving reviews and the reviews weren't being registered. Customers weren't getting their points. We've been having this issue for almost 2 months now and the fix is taking too long. Their app takes way too long to load. Talking 2-5 minutes of sitting waiting for the screen to load.

When ever I have issues with the app, their support team is quick to reply and assist. Their team is savvy with editing themes and fixing any possible issues with your code when installing the ratings to your pages ^_^ I've been using them for about a year now and they're well worth every penny!
We had an issue with reviews not showing on homepage. Wrote customer service and Arjun solved the issue quickly. These guys are great!
