Wonderful app! Always works perfectly for us. If you're in the market for a simple soulution for reviews – this is it! Not to mention – the customer service is suberp.
I tried this app due to the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The automated system is great and we don't have to think about manually sending emails and it looks great on our website. We have not encountered problems yet.
I'm a big fan of this app and the staff. I have the paid $29.99 a month option, which is packed full of features that help me automate many of my social media posts. The backend can be a bit confusing because there are so many settings, but Customer Service is always willing to come in and help out. Oftentimes, they will simply do it for me. Customer Service is topnotch, something that cannot be said for many Shopify app developers. I highly recommend the app for not only its kick-butt features, but its staff which answers questions well into the middle of the night, which is when I usually work. :)

This app is easy to use with various feature options. I initially had a problem with installing the review widget on my website but once I figured it out, everything operated smoothly
I just started to use this app and it can be a little confusing for someone not very savvy with such apps.. but the support I received to get started was beyond amazing! I get email replies within minutes. Awesome team.
Awesome customer service. I needed help with requesting reviews from previous customers and Tommy went over an above to help me out.
The platform was easy to integrate and I am really looking forward to seeing a positive impact to our store's conversions.
