Worked well for us and customer support was helpful as well! We've only had it for a week and so far would recommend.
We are still on the free trial but so far so good! I love how you can see who they sent the email to, if the customer open the email and if anyone left feedback! I just wish the next plan didn't go from free to $15.00 a month. Maybe like $7.00 or $10.00 and I would have already upgraded!
Very easy to set up with a step by step easy to understand tutorial. I checked out some other apps and for the free plan option this was by far the best value option.
Love this app! Makes it super easy for customers to leave product reviews and it's all automated, hassle free!
Good app! We had a few issues with importing reviews from our old website but we were able to get them resolved. Support is very helpful. We wanted the placement of our reviews moved to a new location on our website and they could do that for us in a timely manner. We are now just waiting on orders to come in so we can send review requests.
