We are using Stamped.io with other shops and their support across the board is excellent. They are very reactive to all our requests and the platform provides all the needed functionality to grow your reviews.
Best review app out there. Fair pricing, amazing product and great support team. I use this separately on two different companies of mine for years and we've seen a huge payoff in terms of conversion rates, social proof and even a lift in SEO with rich snippets. Adding user generated content to your site is a must and if you're on the fence look no further this is what you need.

I am getting charged since March for 6 non existent Shops.
I sent few email about cancelation and about getting my money back (20.7 x 6 March, 20.7 x 6 April, 20.7 x 6 May = 372,7 $ in total) but no answer so far.
