5 stars all the way. They really do have 24:7 service. Quickly helped me with what I thought was a complex situation.
UPDATE to: When I click the link from my email to approve a review on my mobile device the screen doesn't allow me to see the button to approve the review. Everything up to this point has been frustration-free!
You've responded there should be en Eye icon. There definitely isn't . If you want to email I can send you a screenshot. Thanks

There's an "eye icon" that when viewing the review on a mobile device, that will allow you to publish/unpublish a review.

Hi , I really like the app. It serves our purpose. Is there an option to manually send the request to review through our app. It will help us get more reviews for our products for people who do not buy from our website but from other resources. Thanks
Wow there is a LOT of functionality in the free version of this app. I asked customer service for a little fix and they did it right away. Very nice app, great customer service, and it looks great. Thank you.

I am using this app on my store, eyelashmama.com, the main widget has been great for allowing reviews of products on my store...I know it has more features and I will have to explore it more. Technical support is awesome, keep it up.

Just starting out with the app, so far its a great tool! It has so many features and integrations with Shopify and Klaviyo. The customer service is helping me setting things up.
I had a trouble with syncing after reviews import but the support was very helpful in fixing the issue.
The support team BROKE MY WEBSITE making changes without telling me overnight. I woke up the next day and Now my website is not working!! SUPPORT IS NOW WHERE TO BE FOUND.
