I switched over from Yotpo, which was kind of expensive but also limited given what you get, and it's been such a great change. The team at Stamped.io was SO helpful in getting me set up and addressing all my late-night questions and concerns. They also did some custom configurations for me to make sure that the tools fit my branding and specifications. Looking back, I wish I had made the change long ago. You get access to so many more tools and so much more bang for your buck. Plus the customer support truly can't be beat. I'd 100% recommend to any business.

I really like how this app automatically sends an email to my customer to prompt them to write a review. It's very user friendly for the customer and for the retailer too.
This app is superior to any other product review app i've ever used. I'm getting reviews on nearly all my sales. Not only that, the customer service is outstanding, nothing is ever a problem and you will be assisted straight away. I highly recommend this app. I'll never use another app. Thank you.

1) Customer service is 5* amazing. They respond SO quickly. Best customer service by far out of all the apps I've installed. Worthy enough to deserve an entire review on their own... but there's more.
2) EASY to set up and use app. You can literally set it up within an hour or two at the most even if you were to get confused.
3) Got SOO many reviews!
I chose this App as it allowed in email reviews. The installation and set up process was very simple, and support was very responsive when I needed it a little bit of help.
Have been testing this app to make the customer review workflow easier for our customers and is simple and easy to implement. That said, the support team at stamped have been very helpful to ensure all my teething issues were resolved, especially with the import of existing feeds.
Would highly recommend the use of this app for customer reviews.
