Amazing customer service, honestly they respond within hours and go above and beyond to help. Super happy to pay for the paid plans because of this. The app is great and takes a lot off my hands, and it has fully customizable features.
Unbelievable app that adds a ton of features that other apps charge you a much larger monthly fee for (and then don't even do it as well). Probably the best app we've added to our store in terms of the experience it adds for our customers!
I have never seen such amazing support ! The product is amazing and very easy to use. The price is very fair compare to what others are asking. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who which to automate the process of asking your clients to leave a review ! A+++
UPDATE: I was one of the early users of this app. Since then, these guys have continued to release new features. Super impressed with what it's shaping up to be. Worth every penny.

Great App! You'll definitely see a higher number of reviews after installing this. Tech support is also super responsive and helpful. Must have if you're already using Shopify review.

This app is a true blessing! Helps potential customers read real reviews for deal closing conversions, and also help boost my SEO! I've used many similar apps in the past but this one is the holy grail. I have it on 4 shopify stores that I own. We only installed Stamped.io about 4 days ago, but so far so good. Adjusting the look and feel of the review request emails has been very easy, and I can't recall ever dealing with a more responsive and helpful app support staff. They've answered all my email questions within a few hours and ensured that our existing reviews were migrated over quickly and accurately.
This app has allowed up to gain excellent insight into our products from the customer view. Recommend it highly.
