Just set up the app for our home business. Set up was super simple. I love that it imports past orders and sends out the review email to get caught up. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what people have to say about our products.

If you are reading this review section right now, it is because you need to decide if you should add this app or not in your shop. So here it goes. This company has excellent customer service/support. They helped me through the whole installation and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the look and feel of the app on my website (still password protected and coming soon in mid-July, btw). They also were able to customize a few things to me, so the app could integrate with my brand seamlessly. Literally, these people are amazing and willing to help, and they want us to be happy and 100% pleased. They answer quickly, they are professional, and above all, they really know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier! Super helpful support team. Really good product set and mix of features. Have been using for awhile. Would love to see the smart review writing assist feature be made available on some of the lower plans!
