A great product that is easy to use with excellent back up and support. The team could not do enough to help customise the code
The customer service from this app is appalling. Google reviews feature didn't work despite paying for the upgrade and attempts to get it fixed came with no effective response. Also be careful when changing up and down plans, they don't give you the remainder of your month, instead they charge you straight away, very dodgy.

Great onboarding and help from the team - would love to be able to review multiple products at one time. We often get a cart than includes many pieces but a customer can only leave a review for one of them which is a bit of a unusual situation.
Very easy to use. Wonderful customer support. Their team helped make my transition from Big Commerce to Shopify seamless. Highly recommend.

I love this app. It's very easy to install and configure. It makes getting product reviews from customers a snap ! And, I don't have to do any time consuming legwork to ask for the reviews :)
Useful app, no idea how to send an email through it though.
