Great app, works well with very little input from my end.
The only downfall is: customers using some email platforms cant submit the review directly from their email. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.

Does what is advertised fairly well, but could use some more quality of life - such as being able to port reviews from one product to another without having to reach out to support directly.

No issue once its working on the web site, it just not very easy to understand how it all works or how to use it. It all a bit clunky and slow then can freeze, support is good.

Thanks for the reply to the review, but i think your missing what I'm meaning. In regards to you support set up it much improved since i last tried to use it, but it still needs a lot of work. Also you need to be able to save you own template on the Smart banners.

I needed a question answered regarding how the app works from the customer perspective. Support got back to me very promptly with the answer I needed. For the most part this app works very smoothly. One improvement I would like to see is faster searching in the review request queue. It takes a long time to get your search answer. Perhaps automatically archiving review requests after 3 months or so would clean up the queue to make searching faster. When I manually archive old review requests it does speed up searches, however this seems like an unnecessary task that I don't really have time or inclination to do.

Just to clarify, there's actually an option available that you can unpublish the published photos without deleting them, so only the reviews get shown.

As for replying to reviews, you can choose to "Notify by email" to email customers of your reply, so customers will get an email when you've responded to their review.

I got my web developer to install the app, but I was able to set up everything else and get it looking the way I wanted it to with store colours and wording. So far so good. I've just moved up from the free plan to the basic plan, so will see how I progress with the extra features. I have had some trouble adding the reviews tab to the facebook page, but will try again.

This app is great and it is working very well. I have used it long enough to know it does work and gets reviews.

There are only a couple of issue I have because I want to manually change the recommended products and while I can do this without problem, the method is a little convoluted.

I would love to be able to select all the products I want to recommend from a list at one time. At the moment you have to search the product, click it, search for another ect.. adding them one at a time. Deleting existing products to recommend is the same - delete one at a time. This could be done so much simpler with a list and tick boxes.

Please refine this area of the app and it truly will be a 5 star app!
