I recently had the chance to chat with James from Stamped on a few different occasions regarding a coding issue, and I just have to say, he has been absolutely amazing! His customer service is top-notch - he was super responsive and on all occasions I felt like he really took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and resolved.

And let me tell you, the Stamped app is just fantastic! The features are intuitive, making it a breeze to gather and show off customer feedback.

We had some troubles figuring out why our reviews were not showing, and we received so much help from Sid with support who helped us get reviews back up and integrated it into our website with no issues.

I’ve been using this app for years and I really do love it. I like that the design of the reviews widget is very clean and organized. It’s easy to read the reviews on my site. Some of the other apps the reviews displays very clunky.

The customer service is second to none! I’ve been working with Anthony R. and this guy really has the patience of a saint! He was amazing and helped me with everything!

I’ve been using Stamped for my Shopify store and really appreciate the features it offers for collecting and showcasing reviews. I recently experienced a small issue, and Eslam from the support team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. I've been using the business plan for years and at this price, I expect a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the app is slow and difficult to navigate. The biggest issue, however, is that our saved settings seem to change on their own. Our custom post-review layout randomly reverted to the default version, even though we never made any changes. Other settings, like automatic review updates, have also altered without our input. This inconsistency makes the app unreliable, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
