Initially thought the free version of the app was decent and was even inclined to leave a good review based on my limited experience. However, once I did so, the app's true colors began to show. Instead of appreciating my positive feedback, they took it as an opportunity to pressure me into upgrading to the paid version.

Cheap tactics,Writing a positive review based on my initial encounters with it. But that's when things took an unexpected turn. Instead of valuing my positive feedback, the app developers exploited it as an opening to aggressively promote the paid version.

What a brilliant app and team! Love how much you can customise the look. Fits perfectly with my brand. I had a few issues that needed addressing and the customer service and tech team sorted for me straight away. So helpful and can't believe this is free! A couple of suggestions for development: - The 'Thank You' pop up (after a review is left) should be customisable too. Currently shows orange brand colour so doesn't fit with the rest of my pink branding. - When customers are submitting a review with a photo, they should be given the option to rotate a photo so it's the correct way around, or the app should automatically change it to the correct orientation or, we should be able to change it ourselves in the backend. I think this is important because when selecting a carousel format a portrait photo uploaded and showing as landscape doesn't work.

Recently discovered that all my settings for email campaigns reverted back to default... so emails were going out to my customers WITHOUT my logo in the header, the way I set it up. I don't even know how many went out like that or how it got set back to default, as I haven't made any changes in months.

Additionally, despite setting the "review request" email to go out 72 HOURS after someone places an order, the emails keep going out 30 minutes later, before orders have even shipped. This upsets my customers!

I'm not happy with this app. It's easy to set up but it doesn't function properly. I wish I hadn't subscribed for the paid version, it hasn't been worth it.

This is the best Product App I have ever known. This application provides everything I need, is easy to use, and most importantly the support is fast response and answers my problems super well! thank you!

The app is easy to install and looks good. However I find it very strange that the only option is to ask the customer for a review just minutes after the buy. The obvious and a good standard is to be able to ask for a review 10-14 days after the buy so that the customer has been able to actually try the product before we ask for their feedback. Also the customer service is not available in daytime in European countries so you do not always feel that they get back to you.
