I'm happy to have found a free review app. But the problem is... you can't fetch your reviews on the Homepage. Basically Its only for product page. You cannot show all reviews at one time on any other page. And the customer support are quick to respond with any questions/query you have.

This app is very useful. However, I'm unable to receive test emails so I can't review my emails sent to customer, so I don't know if that is functioning properly. I've emailed messaged customer service several times yesterday and today and haven't received a response. So I'm just waiting.

I'm using this app to be able to show live customer reviews and it is not really user friendly for a tech person as myself.

Thanks for reaching to us. Our app shows a Write A Review button in product pages. Customers will click it to leave reviews. Review section shows in product pages too.

Importing with a CSV is a hassle and you'll have to get creative to convert the date and time format to what the app requires. Still, It is a nice app and I liked most of the features BUT...it causes a severe drop in Google page load time score. It does not cause a perceptible load time increase but Google thinks it does. Too bad. I removed it only for that reason.
