Great App. Lets us synchronize our amazon reviews with shopify only via a URL. So efficient and much easier then all the manual tools with CSV export. Such a gamechanger. Also great customer service. I spotted a technical error and the bug was solved within one day.
I had an issue with the star rating not showing on my page, and the Appio support team responded extremely quickly. Amy was very patient, friendly, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and helping me fix it.
The problem was completely solved within a short time, and the communication throughout the process was smooth and professional.
Highly recommend this app—not only for its functionality, but especially for the excellent customer support!
This app made importing Amazon reviews effortless. The only minor issue was the 'Powered by Appio' logo appearing on my site, but customer support resolved it quickly. I highly recommend it!

The app has lots of issues these days. Star Ratings do not appear on home/collection page. Ratings appear very slow on product page almost when a customer has scrolled down. Amazon import gets very slow or stopped in between.

Easiest Shopify App I’ve Ever Used!
Appio started working within seconds of installation — seriously, no setup headaches at all. It’s by far the easiest Shopify app I’ve ever used. The interface is clean, intuitive, and everything just works. Highly recommend if you want to showcase your reviews effortlessly!
You can't export the reviews. Which means if you're going to other app for collecting reviews as this one doesn't have the function for native emails and beside that they are 0.001% converting to a review so simple. Don't recommend this app

The app does not import 100 reviews as it says it will. It mostly imports 10-20 reviews on average. Then the app also does not update any new reviews after the initial import. It does not sync any new reviews. Even when you do it manually the app does not import any new reviews. Then there is no direct integration with Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping and Google Listings. You have to do it manually through another app.

To provide further clarification, our app will automatically import new reviews after 14 days from the last import.
