Had trouble installing the review section onto my website (simplicitybeaute) & Heena was such a great help. Very quick response and installation! The app interfacing is nice & I really like that this app is free and customers are able to add photos with their reviews.

I wrote to the support of this app to be able to add a specific button in the product page, and it took less than one hour to make the change in my theme (backup theme), and ready to publish it! I give you a 10/10. Thank you very much for your help! Everything works perfectly. Begoña

Does what it says on the tin. Adds reviews and a QA system to the product pages. Allows you to show a star rating on your product grid (search) pages. And also allows you to create a single page to display a full list of reviews. Allows a good level of customisation without requiring coding. If needed, support is very good and respond quickly to queries.

I think as with most users, we are not savvy when it comes to coding and there is an irrational fear of messing up something. Therefore, really appreciate the assistance hulk code team has rendered to get the app installed, working & fitting well.

I have had this app installed in my store since 2021 with minimal issues. I recently updated my store theme and ran into some issues with embedding the app into my new theme. I received help from Shruti with this. She was really great and resolved the issues within a matter of minutes. 5 star service from Shruti, Thank you very much!
One thing I do wish is that the app had a tool for sending more than one review request email. Like a follow-up review request tool as I think that would be effect in helping to get more reviews.
