Great app overall. I've experienced a few alignment issues but support team quickly responded and solved the issues. Now I have a free, photo supported review app on my store.

Great customer service - super fast response and they got me all set up quickly. Looks good on my site.

used this app for a long time but randomly all of my images were gone and had question marks on them. hulk team responded saying their server crashed and they really made no effort and didn't really even have any compassion for the frustration I was going through. this is years of customers photos that are really important to my product pages and they have no backup. I have an old backup that I did myself but when I go and look its all links to hulk site, not actual photos downloaded. so major loss.
very disappointed, will be going to a different more reliable review app

App works flawless, installation guides for template codes are very clear. Really happy with this app! Only thing that does not work, is the email notifications when someone writes a new review. Thanks Hulk apps!---

Oh, and another cool option would be, if someone is able to write a review from the general review page. So without entering a product first. So they can write a general shop review which is not related to one product.

Clean as can be
Just requires a minimum of coding knowledge to put the scripts wherever you want them to show (which is actually better because of the flexibility it gives you) and it automatically matches your color/font of your theme, incredibly good looking, easy to use from both the customer side and the backend

I needed some help and it was within an hour I was helped and within 2 hours I had a solution. The support agent who helped submit my ticket was amazing. I didnt realize i had already downloaded another app by HULK apps, I now have 3! Thank you for making this FREE to small business' and thank you for helping someone with so little knowledge, gain some insight.

The team had my app and running in no time at all. This is a great feature for my shop! You do have to contact them by email and give them a bit, but they are very helpful.
