The product review app is fantastic but what is even more fantastic is the support crew at Hulk Apps. Sanjay and the crew are AWESOME and quick to help with any of your problems. In fact, I use a few other apps from Hulk Apps and this is a big reason why I selected the Product Reviews App by Hulk Apps. The crew at Hulk Apps should be giving lessons to their competition on how to handle customer service!

I downloaded the app over a year ago and I've been so impressed with their support. When placing the code on my pages (Streamline template) I couldn't get the reviews to look how I wanted them to. They worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted. When my template was updated to shopify 2.0, they helped me make the necessary adjustments. I also noticed that the app is not heavy and didn't slow down my site loading speed. If you're looking for a review app--this is a great one!

I used this app to help me import my customer product reviews from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. Ms Abhilasha took me through the whole process with very clear and comprehensive instructions on how to do all that. I had a pleasant experience interacting with Ms Abhilasha and am very happy with how my product review pages look now. I highly recommend this app.

Helped me adjust the app so that it can be in my language, the developers took the time to set it up just like I needed to and they were quick to respond.
Even after problems I had with the app, I asked for their help last night and they are already on it as of today's morning. That is some superb attention, and they really know how the code works and interacts with the platform.

The app works fine. It´s simple and easy to setup and use. I issued a ticket for some layout and design details I wanted to change and they were able to modify everything well and fast. I really recommend this app for those looking for something practical and efficient!

Very easy to install and use. I love that I can send my clients who purchase offline to a direct product page for them to review. Support is also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I have always found Hulk Apps very easy to use and when you have problems, their support team is super quick to help out.
