This is the best app I have used to manage customer reviews. It is very customizable with a ton of options. I love the customer service. They are lighting fast with any questions I have and provide great support when needed. I highly recommend it.
I NEED HELP,I NEED HELP, i just to split a product in more variants and take over the existing reviews.. but when i want to import it its saying : not recognizing the product or its saying invalid CSV doc. (even when im taking the tempale you guys offering) can you please help me with this somehow??

I do not find any way to use it in a multilingual mode. For example, I can translate "CUSTOMER REVIEWS" to Italian. But then, "RECENSIONI DEI CLIENTI" will appear on the English site
Hey, there. Thank you for sharing this feedback. While you can translate the text for Product Reviews through the app settings; however, the app currently does not offer multilingual support.

It has been a good option to get customer feedback, I just have a question, did you make any updates recently?
What happens is that I have the following alert message on the main page of the App
"The reviews code snippet could not be detected in your theme.
Check again or view installation instructions "
And before I didn't have that message and everything worked fine.

Actually exactly what I need. I just couldn't figure out how the published reviews can be shown on the frontpage.

Decent review app since its completely free but its missing a lot of features that other apps out there have. Would be great if it were updated to include features that other review apps have nowadays.
Great app! All I need now is a fully translation into another language (german in my case). You can easily change it but the date for instance stays in english and also in the american format MM/DD/YYY
Same as most disapointed review, the app did not work, duplicating on my product page. And when I deleted the APP, the "review title", the "write a comment" and "previous comments" are still on my page, although the app has been deleted. I can't seem to figure out where, in the liquid product page, the code is ! I just ruined my product page.
Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you've had this issue. If you wish to fully uninstall the Product Reviews app, there is a button within the app that says "Uninstall snippet from theme" - you can press this to have the app uninstall the code before uninstalling the app.
If you've already removed the app, I'd recommend installing it again so you can uninstall the app and its snippets first before deleting the app completely.
