I wanted to have a review tool that would fit well in my website. When I installed this tool and it worked, I was thrilled.
But there are 2 points that are seriously missing here:
1. no photos can be attached.
2. it is useless in the EU, because the authenticity of the rating cannot be checked.
Too bad, but the thing is useless like that.

All I wanted was a page with reviews that I could add to my navigation. This is not it. I could care less about Product Reviews. I wanted Store/Shop reviews.

OMG you can't even leave a picture review? That's absurd. Everyone wants to see the product in action.

Installed the app but I only see one review! Just one. The settings are set to default so I don't know why it only show one review. I need help to fix this.

Broke my website, don't use this horrible app. Also, way too broken in regard to other apps. Very disappointed.

Fails to setup, so what's the point of this?
Tried installing a dozen times, using various browsers...

garbage app. Worked a few times and haven't worked since. Everytime I try to import, using their template mind you, it says it's unable to find the product. I've used different products over and over to see if it'll change anything but it doesn't. Looks like I'm going to have to contact myself into yet another subscription-based shopify app. Waste of time.
