this app is not very user friendly, and it has took me so long to figure this app out. If this is your only option then get the app but if not I would recommend a different app

I would like further customizations with the look of the app in my store. I also want the ability to create a campaign 5 days after delivery to ask for a review. Also, I believe this app should integrate with the reviews on the Shop app - I have a ton of reviews on there that aren't visible on my website.

It glitches and forms a loop that won't end each time I try to approve a review in all my devices (iPhone, iPad, and now my Mac Book Pro). It won't stop looping.

No option to display star ratings on collection pages without diving into the code and modifying a bunch of things. Support said they couldn't do anything as it was a premium theme so to contact the theme developers (not doing that because they'll direct me to their paying third party companion). Support response time was very fast and the guy was nice though.

This app would be better if it could be integrated into Shopify emails and automations to invite customers to leave a review. No one bothers to leave a review if not asked to do so.

It should be able to integrate this with an email marketing app so that we cand send an invitation to write a review to our customers, if they don't scroll down they don't even know this section exists and therefore my products have 1 or 2 reviews. Also when trying to import reviews via csv it has some tech inconvenients.

It allows customers to leave reviews, and integrates well. My biggest gripe is that customers don't really know it exists, and they cant find it easily. It would be awesome if it could auto send a review request, but I don't think it can do that.

Unfortunately I have a problem with the Review listing text. After making my changes to the text and saving it it does not show up. I am trying to translate it into my own language but the default keeps showing up. This only happens with the review listing text and not with the others like the form, that works.
I must be doing something wrong but It is not that customer friendly at this moment for me. Already removed and installed again, but no luck.
Update - Can you please try opening the Product Reviews app and going to Settings > Install Instructions > Verify App Blocks are Working. Once I completed this step it appeared to correct the issue. Die App tut das, was sie verspricht und funktioniert für eine kostenfreie App super. Ich kann die App jedoch nicht mit Chrome öffnen und muss daher immer zu Safari wechseln, wenn ich die App nutzen möchte. Dafür gibt es massiven Punktabzug, ansonsten eigentlich 4 Sterne
