Really bad. There is no way to send out messages to customers to leave a review. The only way to leave a review is if they come back to the shop and go back to the product that they purchased which nobody does unless they are going to buy again....and again they don't leave a review. Really bad app design. It needs to be improved!

I've gone ahead and made the developers aware of your feedback, so they can consider adding the functionality of sending reminder emails to customers in the future. In the meantime, I recommend adding some wording to your order confirmation emails to remind customers to provide product reviews. You can also add this messaging in newsletters you send out, too. The widget is quite easy to use, but there is a significant drawback - I cannot use the translation to another language, because after filling in the fields in the form of "{{ 'products.reviews.customer_reviews' | t }}" I got pieces of code on the page. Also, I can't otherwise modify the widget view to automatically filter the reviews based on the shopper's language and load the reviews into the html of the page so that the reviews are indexed (I think I need this).

how do i add this app to my online store? i have the app but what happens next? there is no option on my store to allow customers to leave a review. I have followed your instructions but i still dont get a review options.

The application does not work and there is no explanation about how to work there is a video about it on youtube but it has nothing to do with the rulum only waste of time
