Not easy to install , impossible to contact the support

I tried to import my review many times but they display always an error, could not find the product. So frustrating

this app is great working fine with my store but just want to confirm does stars rating have the correct schema ?
Hey, there! That's a great question, and the schema shouldn't cause you any issues. It is expected behaviour to receive errors from certain Google tools about missing data when using the app, and our developers are still working on the app's compatibility with Google's structured data requirements. Would not install on my page. Tried different devices and browser but still no joy. Also did the suggested clear cache.

Great product. Easy to approve and decline reviews. We wish that added a video review feature; then this product would be perfect.
The product came with a wooden toothbrush. It is very soft and comfortable when touching my gum. Not to lie, the power is so black on my teeth and mouth. I was a bit worried about my teeth and mouth might be dyed. however, my teeth showed immediate effect after rinsing. The black colour was so easily rinsed off. I've been using it for 3 days by now. my teeth looks noticeably white.
I have installed the app but when i try to test to add a review on my website, nothing shows up. I literally cannot add a review. I click on Write a Review and nothing happens. I would love to use this app for my shopify, and have tried to unistall and reinstall it, but still nothing! :(
