The company asked for an access to the store and to be given the Password! I honestly found it very strange , especially that no other app asked for a store pass before to fix the app functionality ! However, I decided to grant it to them after seeing other reviewers APPARENTLY had them to integrate with their stores in order to get them into fixing up what it was needed!
Since the app was granted the pass, I am still waiting for their response back to me! They were emailing me back and forth when I was reluctant to give it to them! However , all the emails stopped right after my last email to them with the pass info !! They didn't fix anything yet and they didn't get back to me about any progress of them working on the app in my store ! I really found all of that so strange !!
From the price they are offering you can tell that the app won't be of much of help to upsell products. It kind of worked in mobile but not on the Desktop. It has limited functionality and luck personal customization !
I could be all wrong, but my gut feeling is telling not to trust this app. So i deleted it and changed my pass !
This company is a joke. Submitted a list of bugs and new requests. They asked for full access and then advised all was beyond their scope. They also asked for additional payment if we'd like to proceed. If you're not able to fix bugs, why do you even charge? Bugs that were reported: (1) Offer title not showing up (2) Pop up feature not working (3) Mobile showing 5 products but desktop showing 4 (4) Not able to upsell by selecting all products - you're forced to pick specific products.
