EDIT: We are raising this review one star for the personal response from Bold because of this bad review. Last ticket took four days (including a weekend) for a response. This negative review took about an hour.

Turns out, the "We're working on it" message was just a template (they weren't working on anything), and they had no idea anything was wrong. It was a simple error in a URL, but it just threw an error and a "We're working on it" message. Not a very helpful error message.

Awesome app! It more than paid for itself during the free trial period. This app is a must-have for any store.

I like this app. I did the trail and will come back in the fall when our season starts.

We love the Bold Upsell App! We've been playing around with it for a couple of weeks and it starting converting right away. Bold have the best apps and they are easy to install, set-up and use! They also provide excellent customer service. Very satisfied!

The customer service was excellent. The customer service rep, Nir, stayed on chat with me for over an hour helping me set up my Upsell and Bundles app and worked through some technical issues. He was super patient with me and walked me through every step. I'll definitely check out more of their apps because the I know the customer service will be excellent. Thanks Nir!

Support was quick and easy. There is NO other app that have the total functionality of this app. A must for any serious seller!!

This is a really great app. We are still working on implementation, but we will report soon when we have a better idea of results. Really simple on the back end though and the free trial makes it a no brainer!

Awesome app. Amazing team. Had a bit of a problem setting up the app in my account and the guys at Bold Upsell were very helpful when it came to sorting that out.
