Bold Upsell works just like our salespersons in ours stores, except it never gets tired of offering the same thing over and over! Bold has an amazing customer service and their technicians are really dedicated to find solutions and to solve any issue that might rise.

really like the app so far, and the cx team is very responsive and helpful. i had an issue with setup and they helped me fix it within minutes.
This Upsell App is great, just what we needed for a Special Offer campaign. It allows the customer to view and accept the offer when they click the Add to cart button.
There are a lot of other options which make it very versatile.
The app conflicts with Google Analytics and other checkout apps such as Pixel Perfect (Facebook Feed). So your Add to Cart upsell popups will only show for a second and then disappear without any user input.
I've just spoken to support and that was their explanation for why my ATC offers were not showing properly. They said I'd have to uninstall the others in order to use Bold Upsell ATC. So I have to uninstall GA? Really???
I've now uninstalled the app and am looking for something that doesn't conflict with other crucial apps such as GA.
Checkout upsells work as expected though. But please note that if you go over the max view limit for your plan, the offers will stop showing automatically and you won't be notified about it. Why not send an automatic email to shop owner? Why not give the option to bump up to the next plan to keep the offers showing?
Very disappointed overall.
In the last few days, I have received above-and-beyond service from the people at Bold Upsell, including Charles, Nirav, Pratibha, and Cody. They expedited our app install upon request, and have been incredibly responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this app and the incredible folks who make it great!
