We are based in South Africa and we are opening our first online store! We are using product discount and product upsell to create our opening store special! It was so easy to install and set up, and completely solved our problem! I had a question about the app, and the support team got back to me right away, really making the process a pleasure!
I sent a request asking about why only three of the five dicounted products were showing and I was told how the products are shown randomly and only if they are in stock, which is exactly what we want, so I was very happy!

You have to use it smartly though. People blaming & giving it 1-star because they couldn't increase the sale is stupid.

You have to offer your customer something relevant to what they are buying instead of just shoving anything to make a few bucks.

The app has so far been pretty easy to use and install, and when I did hit some snags, Pratibha on the support chat was on it immediately with very concise help. Very impressed!

Fantastic app, as always. A lot of the Bold apps are an integral part of our store

1. It's so difficult to use. You can't see what your cross-sell & upsell flow is cearly. Carthook does a much better job but it's too expensive.
2. It breaks down multiple functions to multiple apps and charge you much more. Want a discount function for your upsell? Buy a Discount app separately:-)

$500 in new revenue in a week, upselling is always a good idea and this app rock.

so far so good!! No issues - set up was pretty easy and intuitive. Great video in case it was needed.
