Just installed this app the other day. Haven't yet seen any sales from it but I know they're coming. Very impressed with how easy it was to install and get everything up and running.
I'm giving this app 4 stars for now as I've only just started using it, so I have no idea about their customer assistance and follow-up practices. That said, it has been very simple to use, does what it's supposed to do, and does it well.
Some alternative products like SMAR7 might look better, but they're hard to use from your phone when you have to make changes on the go! Not this one!
They also have ONE MONTH free to try (vs 7 days), and the start up bundle is cheaper than it's competitor, which is GOLD when you're starting up your eCommerce store..! It's definitely worth the try!

Please don't get involved with Bold. I have no choice because I have a custom business that I started over 7 years ago and Product Options was the only customizer available at the time. They have yet to get this Upsell/Discount to work, and every time I make contact with them it's a different answer. I have no idea right now what's going on with my site. And it's not likely I'm going to get an answer. Avoid them. UPDATE - after hours with support, they were unable to get the apps to work for even the simplest of discounts with customization. AVOID THEM.
Just started installing it and so far it’s working great. I wanted to do some custom changes to the add to cart button and Aryan seamlessly helped me with it. Hope this app leads to sales! Conversions is what I’m going for.
