WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!! they use some call center who knows nothing about the app and they don't even advise you in any way. it's a pity for such a famous app.

This app is a total fraud. When i installed they gave me customer service in my countries standard timings. the moment i was on boarded they were gone. i had problems and reached out to them multiple times but they were too inefficient and did not care to solve customer grievances. NOT WORKING :((
Both bundles and Upsell apps are not working and after weeks its still not solved. I feel like ive waisted precious time and money i should i have gained with other apps.

This app is so dumb! Probably a first grade wrote this app. The list of collections has limitations on how many it can show so if you have lots of collections, you can forget about picking. The list stopped somewhere in the middle of the B's collection...have long ways to go! Support told me that they will put in a request for future enhancements. Are you kidding me??? Please don't get involved with Bold. I have no choice because I have a custom business that I started over 7 years ago and Product Options was the only customizer available at the time. poor support! charge the service and do not comply. they charged me 3 invoices on the card and sent only 500 upsell messages. I recommend giving up the app.

TL;DR; If you plan to ever make updates to your products, this app will break and you'll have to start from scratch.
