BoldApps is really great to deal with for troubleshooting. They normally respond within 24 hours which is great. Normally it's sooner than that if the problem isn't huge. I had a great experience with Brendin recently who works for Bold.

One things I'd love to see in the future is Live Chat as Bold's support phone number is always 'busy'. But they are great with email so for now it's great.

Easy to setup and resulted in a conversion uplift. I tried another service first, but that was only in cart. Since we use a ajax checkout it didn't work. This one is perfect as it works with ajax checkouts. Definitely recommend.
