Support personnel excellent-tried several upsells and they worked at will -showing correct upsells one day and another the other day -maybe i was doing something wrong which i was not able to find out

Still testing. Glad they offer a 3-month trial period because it is definitely needed to make sure it works for your needs. I think I will end up keeping it. However, if it wasn't for the amazing support I would've had to get rid of it due to several specific needs I had. But support was able to fix them all for me and get it running the way I wanted.
