Amazing app, amazing customer service. Long trial period which is great for an e-commerce store just starting up. Every aspect and feature of this app is fantastic, down to the support team.

The only thing I would recommend to change is to make the upsell windows slightly more mobile friendly.

Easy to setup and install! At first, i thought the pop-ups would be annoying to the customer, but they are actually done very tastefully.
I had it up and running within 5 minutes, and am waiting for results!
Only issue is the AJAX installation is not so simple and chargeable, wished there were more instructions for the common templates.

The app seems solid enough but I am not convinced that this is the most effective upsell app. It would be great if Bold kept on top of making it return a higher percentage of upsells and a higher order value, but it's a solid app. Check out our upsells with this app at http://www.katysboutique.co.uk

What a fantastic app. It allows you to have a clean looking website but still allows you to offer a bunch of accessories to customers. Very well done.

Not recommended.

Issues:
- Expensive ($708/year).
- Adds 33kB of Javascript to your site, as much as the entire jQuery library.
- DOESN'T WORK WITH AJAX carts if you want it to be triggered on checkout, it only works on "add to cart".
- bad documentation!

Cons:
- easy to install and setup
- works great if you don't use ajax carts
- nice reports
