Its easy to use and the chat folks are really good! While it may not be as robust as other outside stand alone funnels etc, You can manipulate how you use the cross sells and upsells by creating hidden products etc. It converts better and has made my clicks funnels obsolete!

We use BOLD for several areas on our site. If I need to contact support it's usually to learn more not because there are issues. I've had the good fortune of working with Harpreet on several occasions. Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My questions are always answered and any problems are resolved quickly. I delete my previous comment because the truth is that they have taken great pains to solve it, and they have fixed it very quickly, by the way the customer service was very very good. In another topic, it would be good if the Bold Cashier is not such an expensive upgrade, it would be good if it were part of the Bold Upsell Products because otherwise buying the two applications is expensive.

Kelsey is an absolute asset to the team and BOLD need to recognise this!!!
Never before in all my time have I had such amazing customer service.
Kelsey explained everything to me in great detail, gave me the confidence to play around more with the apps features and just generally gave me everything I needed to use the app to the full potential!
