Loved this app before it was managed by a new company to my understanding as it does not work with products that have options now, it only shows "Add to Cart" buttons when we need "View Product" buttons as we had before. No one notified us that "Add to Cart" buttons would be put back into our pop ups so we have a ton of orders with no options selected by the customers and we are having to email ...

The Product Upsell app combined with the Product Discount app was easy to set up and works very well. We have been using different Bold products since we migrated to Shopify and I have to say Bold has the best support! They reply quickly and go out of their way to keep customers happy. I only give it a four because I have not had a chance to start setting up products yet. However, if this app works as well as the customer service I have received from Brendin, then the 5 Stars will not be enough to show how happy I am. This is a great App that definitely works with the right product to upsell. We have added to our sales with this, without a doubt.

There are a few issues that could be improved to make it perfect. If doing a duplicate and hide feature, to upsell a discounted offer - the stock is not tracked correctly in inventory - since it is sold as the duplicated item. So unless you have plenty of something ...

We've never had upsell for our customers so from the very beginning of trying Bold Upsell helped us to increase AOV, sell more units, move certain items specially etc.

Pop-up was not user friendly especially for MObile but our Devs optimized it per our design and needs. It's working perfectly.

There are still issues like Upsell doesn't recognize that item doesn't have enough stock to fulfill ...

Application que je recommande, le service client est très réactif (Esha pour ma part). Il serait intéressant d'améliorer le design par défaut sur le front office, j'ai du mettre un coup de CSS pour que ca fasse davantage dans l'air du temps
