This app is generally good to use however the reporting analytics are quite poor. You are unable to choose a date range for certain reports which doesn't help if you're wanting to report monthly on what & isn't working when it comes to upsells. Massive improvements need to be made for reports, especially for what you pay for the app!

Having installed the app only a few weeks ago I am kicking myself for not having done earlier. Product Upsell is amazingly easy to use and the people at Bold apps have put together so very easy to follow instructions. I really like the fact that you can tract the progress and continue to modify offers as this really allows for creative sales which might be missing otherwise. I highly recommend the app to anyone with a shopify store, the possibilities are endless. Thankyou very much Bold Apps.

Must-have app for any e-commerce store - we find it lifts margins by around 80%. Superb support also from Navjot and Danni who couldn't do more to help, including customising the popups however we want them free of charge. Good help is hard to find - this is good help!.

Love this app. We used first in a non-traditional way- It allowed us to add a set up fee to any custom order and solve a problem we were having in charging that set up fee only 1 time instead of the quantity of custom items customers would order. If a customer wanted to upload a new logo- the pop up window would arrive to add the set up fee. It worked perfectly.
We also used it to recommend and remind our customers of items they needed to purchase as first time buyers which created a customer service feature to our site.

We have been using upsell for a few months now. It works perfectly, support is fantastic. It is very helpful to customers, sometimes they forget an accessory or just simply don't know that you carry that product, now they do. Great work as always shapify.

First let me just start by saying not only is the entire BOLD Support team for ALL of their apps great (and we have 5 of their apps!) We just took our site live 12/20/2016. The team we have worked with so far on the Upsell App (MC, Arcee, Aubrey and Tiff) are all amazing! They are able to solve all sorts of little things I tend to create and have yet not been stumped.

Now for the App - it totally works exactly as I would expect. We use it primarily now for offering free samples with our orders, or to offer options to include brochures with certain products. We originally got the Upsell App to do BOGO's which it worked perfectly on, but we have restructured our pricing into tiered discounts with the Quantity Break and Custom Pricing App combo instead.

The BOLD Team did all the install for us and have done some free tweaking just for our needs too. Always amazing and totally pleased! organicexcellence.com

UPDATE: 2/27/17 Using the app now to 3 months and it still works great! We use it not only for specials but on a daily basis to offer a choice of free samples with each order. Customers love it and so do we. And Ron, Dan, Tiff, Arcee take care of us if we ever have a question with this App. MC, Michael, Aubrey and Zackary help us with our other apps too - the entire team at Bold is GREAT!!!
