didn't do as well as i wished. I thought that the customer support wasn't good and there were a lot of technical issues.

I've looked into your correspondence, and it seems as though the 'Add to Cart' button is for some reason not showing up on your upsell offer. I can assure you that one of our specialists, Brysen, is currently looking into this and will get back to you on that as soon as possible!

I would prefer if there was a step by step video but, I think that I set up my offer to my customers easily enough. It is my first one so I guess I don't know, what I don't know. I will let you know in the future if it is actually more compilated then I thought
It really does what it says. You recover orders from the cart. You will get the app money within a few days from recovered orders.

Great app, love the features. Could use a bit more control over a few of the functions but overall really good!
