The app works, but when you delete it, the drama starts. Some time ago I deleted the app and now I wanted to remove the code of our theme. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. I never had such difficulties to remove an app before. When removing the code, errors occur that cause the storefront to crash. I have integrated, removed code and edited many different apps but have never had such problems. I contacted support and they advised me to open a ticket. In the Bold Helpcenter all you can find in the chat box is their "Get Started" function, which doesn't help anyone with a problem after a bit of searching you will find where to open a ticket. Very disappointed that I also paid money for something like this. They make customer acquisition easy but everything else as cumbersome as possible.

I'm soo glad this app is available! Put a huge grin on my face the moment it worked, because I know the power of upsells. This app basically adds a funnel-like feature to your site. And you don't have to pay $100 a month. Some of you know what I'm talking about.
I highly recommend this. And somehow I get SEO for writing this. Haven't had much time to learn about SEO yet as theres so much to learn. But its on my list.

I am excited to use the upsell app and Rony J was so helpful in getting it going and fine tuning the appearance. can't wait to see the results. I think the potential is very exciting and so easy to use
The app is really great- the only problem is I can't add the same product as a trigger before checkout. So if you want more of the same product it only let's you add it as a trigger when adding to cart-- but then doesn't allow you to discount it. Customer service is great and Kelsey was very helpful and even stayed 15 minutes later past their closing to help me. I'm going to keep trying because the team is really helpful.
Tech support is super responsive and eager to find a solution. I was helped by Kelsey and she did a great job helping resolve the issue.

Bold upsell has helped me increase the average order value of my orders. This has helped me increase revenue and get better roi on my ad spend

4/5 because you need to connect with a third-party application (for Thank you cross-sel feature) that wasn't expected.
