BOLD Upsell AI Powered Upsells

This is a great App that definitely works with the right product to upsell. We have added to our sales with this, without a doubt.

There are a few issues that could be improved to make it perfect. If doing a duplicate and hide feature, to upsell a discounted offer - the stock is not tracked correctly in inventory - since it is sold as the duplicated item. So unless you have plenty of something and make separate stock piles for each (full priced regular item, and then discounted upsell item) you run the risk of lots of manual product inventory updates.

The other lagging item, is that I can't make an upsell show photos of colour variants specifically - so users would have to leave the checkout process to look at the item and choose a colour - which takes them away from the checkout. I would LOVE it if Bold Apps could do something here - as one of my most popular add-on type items is a handbag with 10 different colours. I would love the upsell pop-up to show all of the colour variant images with an "add to cart" beside them.

All in all - I am very impressed by the effectiveness of this simple app, and it does add to your sales volumes at the end of the day :)

In the first month I earned 10x the amount of the cost of the app. Very happy to see those results knowing that apart from initial configuration I did no additional work for that revenue.

Great app! It allowed me to create options that integrate seamlessly into a check out. Their service is spot on and I can rely on Bold to make my shop more powerful!

Customer service is awful, I needed help with using two of the apps to create a BOGO sale. They got back to me at first to answer one of my questions and went on to ignoring me completely. This happened 3 times this year, I contacted them for help each time and each time they would respond once or twice and then nothing anymore.I probably sent 7 emails asking for help - nothing.
Don't get any of their apps unless you are able to help yourself with questions because these people wont help you.
I would give 0 stars if I could.

This app is going to be a game changer for my business. I have already received several actual conversions and am looking forward to many more. I wish I would have had this tool months ago, I was leaving a lot of money on the table.

We have businesses all over the world, and are new to shopify..we are launching a new ecommerce store with a $500K marketing budget, we looked at the apps available and spoke to our web developers, the Product Upsell App made perfect sense, its alignment is clear and the few questions we had were answered in a timely manner from James. I am sure we will grow a good business relation with shappify and look forward to using further apps developed by their team..

So far this app is exactly what I was looking for! LOVE IT! Great work guys.. .and great support too.
