BOLD Upsell AI Smart Upselling

Pretty good upsell app. Only slight issue I have with it is that it is not able to remove the original product that was added to cart once the customer has chosen the upsell product. This would really help for my store. Otherwise good app.

Really good app. Customer support was very good also and got back within 12 hours to assist us in set up. I would recommend this app

This is a very clever app to apply bulk discounts that are otherwise unavailable in "product discount" and shopify. It has allowed us to run buy 2 get a 3rd free promotions which is handy to our store.

This app is good, but a bit complex to install.
Also I noticed a bug but Brendin from support was really reactive to fix it.

Product Upsell has really lightened our workload by recording all the bonus products we include with orders, and the customers love being able to see that their bonus is shown on the order receipt. Thanks!

I like this app a lot. Only thing I've noticed is that when checking out in my store, you have to press the checkout button twice to initiate the app to kick in. Normally you would only need to press it once to checkout.

Other than that, I like it.

This app is quite nice as it targets the customer when they are ready to check out and prompts. Another positive is that you can customise the products offered and what product exactly the trigger is.

ell as we are a social business operation on ver very low margins, this app helped up to up our cart value and is the reason we are slowly becoming profitable. Indeed we are selling handmade organic toys, crocheted by a group of underprivileged mothers, many being Syrian refugees. Most of the proceeds of our sells go to the moms directly leaving us with almost no profit in order to grow our business. Being able to upsell posters makes up for that. It's a real life changer, despite being only a few days we started using the app.

I did not have the need to use support as the app was super easy to install and it all works well so far!

this upsell app works pretty darn good. i have only been using it a short time so don't have a lot to report. One thing I am finding challenging is I want to offer a discount if they add an upsell item on but cannot without buying another app. support is always quick and helpful. Thanks Bold
