BOLD Upsell AI Powered Upsells

I really wanted this app to work well for me, but it just doesn't. Unless I'm missing something (but I've been on with tech support and I don't think that I am) this app is not very customizable. I haven't made my money back at all and I'm wondering if I'm just annoying my existing customers. I just tried to log in and look at my dashboard and I'm not able to access it. Love the app but shutting it down because we needed to upgrade the plan is unprofessional. You gave our customers a very bad experience while we have Motivator running then the Upsell piece was disabled by Bold and does not show. We should have received an alert way in advance.

Doesn't meet my needs at this point. I may go back to it in the future.

didn't do as well as i wished. I thought that the customer support wasn't good and there were a lot of technical issues.

I would prefer if there was a step by step video but, I think that I set up my offer to my customers easily enough. It is my first one so I guess I don't know, what I don't know. I will let you know in the future if it is actually more compilated then I thought

BE VERY careful downloading this app.

We used it for a few days and decided to uninstall it. For the next two weeks our sales dipped significantly. Our Landing page views to link clicks went from 80% ratio to 50% ratio. Finally found this out today and realized it was a bunch of rogue code left over by Bold. Page speed went from 90 to 50.

Tried it for a while. Really enjoyed the app. But... had to uninstall.

Here is the reason (by the way the app works great):

It just doesn't work with my theme. My theme comes with, certain options, when people add the items to the cart, they can still stay on the same page. With this app, it didn't work. I know there are ways around this problem, by adding ajax to the add to cart button, and etc ...

I originally gave this app a 1-star rating but I spoke with Bold customer support and they were able to help me get this working with my theme.

There are still 2 major issues remaining.

1. There is no ability to add a discount without having to pay for their "product discount app". This significantly increases the monthly cost.

2. Both the "no-thanks" and "continue" buttons on the pop-up do the ...

seems to be a solid app but it could not trigger what I needed so I had to uninstall. Trigger at checkout does not allow for a cart /price meaning bulk discount cannot be applied.

Installed and immediately uninstalled. Its marketed as a useful app but the component I was interested in was "Post Purchase" upsells. I install and then the app tells me "If you want to upsell after checkout you need Bold Cashier installed" which is a 3rd party checkout.

Bold I think once used to be good but now they are simply dying under the weight of their own bloatware and the fact their 3rd ...
