This was seriously easy to use. People used to ask if I sold frames with my art prints, and now they're prompted to buy frames as soon as they add something to their cart. I'm testing it with a few other upsells as well but so far so good.

App worked good for a while. Then I get this automatic email that my product has been deleted. This has happend a total of 5 times in the past 8 months or so. Last time it happened 2 days ago and the most recent was just today. It's getting out of hand and customer service doesn't do a thing about it. Each time I contact customer service and they first say they have no idea why its happening and then they cap it off with "we'll look into it". It's frustrating when you don't do anything to the product and the app deletes the upsell itself and you lose all the revenue. Not to mention the app notifies you about 24 hours after it deleted the upsell product. I've been a long time user but enough is enough. There's plenty of other cheaper upsell apps out there. I would consider everyone try their options elsewhere before trying this.

I still haven't used the app yet, and I'm looking to test it first as a trial if it'll be needed in my store, but I gotta say, customer service is amazing!! I put in a request for them to insert the code for me and they did it so quickly. Thanks for awesome service :)

We think this app should work together with Product discount APP together to enhance its power. So when customers look at upsell products, they should get some discount to let them easier put the products to their cart.

Paul was very patient with me as I don't know how to do what I want on my store. I've been trying to fix it since yesterday but when he taught me how to do it, he definitely nailed it! The app is really useful for generating additional sales. I had some mistakes on my trigger offer initially, Cody and Guri were reachable within a minute! Cody helped me figure out the problem, and answer all of my questions. Great app, great team! Definitely recommend to have it in your store!

I usually use bold apps for my stores because they some of the best out there. Plus I supporting my fellow Winterpeggers as I live there too :-) Had a few issues oddly this time on my new store, but wthey were fixed pretty fast. Thanks

Good app. I had to pay $25 just to have them install to shopify, which is not included with the free trial. It would be nice if the monthly price included this installation. But in the long run, it can be worth it. I wish the upsell offer window was easier to customize to better match my store's theme, as well as more flexible when it comes to adding titles to certain offers (only 24 characters allowed).

Great customer support. I was helped by Dan, and he was quick to respond, as well as very helpful and courteous.

This app can be very beneficial to any online store. The layout of the program can use a little updating, as well as the design of the upsell window, but overall a very good service.
