this upsell app works pretty darn good. i have only been using it a short time so don't have a lot to report. One thing I am finding challenging is I want to offer a discount if they add an upsell item on but cannot without buying another app. support is always quick and helpful. Thanks Bold

I like it a lot. It offers a convenient way to offer free add-ons and other sales incentives to potential customers.

ell as we are a social business operation on ver very low margins, this app helped up to up our cart value and is the reason we are slowly becoming profitable. Indeed we are selling handmade organic toys, crocheted by a group of underprivileged mothers, many being Syrian refugees. Most of the proceeds of our sells go to the moms directly leaving us with almost no profit in order to grow our business. Being able to upsell posters makes up for that. It's a real life changer, despite being only a few days we started using the app.

I did not have the need to use support as the app was super easy to install and it all works well so far!

The first time I emailed for support I didn't get a response. But, the second time I emailed I was helped right away. They fixed the problem I had with how the pop-up was displaying that same night!

WIthout a doubt, the upsell app has been the most effective of all of our apps. It has helped to increase our sales significantly. We love the app, but it can be a bit difficult in its implementation. But, that aside, it's really the most effective app that we use on our store. Highly recommended and we look forward to using it, especially as they continue to upgrade and work the bugs out of it.

Easy to use, fast support. I just wish that there were more reporting options to view additional breakdowns of the sales data.

Had some problems with this the first time it install and a bug cost a few days of sales. Support offered free use of the app but nothing came of it. However it is a good idea and when working properly results in extra sales. Giving it another trial and from testing I can't find similar problems - hopefully my customers can't either!

A as a minor point that could be sorted is the 25 character limits on offer titles - I couldn't use the title I wanted because it was 27 characters, not critical but irksome.

The app works well and is easy to setup. I contacted the vendor with some help and they were helpful.

This is a great app for us because it allows us to extend the reach of our magazine and other products by offering them at various stages of the buying process i.e. add to cart, checkout, etc... The conditions that you can set give you almost anything you need to get the upsell offer just right. All in all a solid app, if you run a higher volume storefront you'll definitely want the top tier plan.

There's nothing like this App, you can use it to Upsell products or use it as a kit to create a package of products for your customer.
