BOLD Upsell has been a really useful tool for what we were looking to achieve. The pop-ups are super easy to set up, and the SMART offers feature has been a great addition as well. While we haven’t seen a huge uptake just yet, I’m confident it will improve as we continue to use it.

The Support team has been fantastic - quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Navdeep in particular has been great, always checking back in to make sure everything’s running smoothly.

At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer!

Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side
