App was not compatible with my store. Reached out for support twice and four days later still have not heard a thing from the company. A shame as the app looked really good.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I know we have spoken via text message a few times since, but I just wanted to confirm that unfortunately we did not receive either of your support requests.
There appears to have be an issue with the "Get Support" mechanism within the app that prevented emails from being forwarded on to our main support email address. We have since updated our support address and have confirmed that it now works with the "Get Support" contact method.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you and we're still very happy to help you with your set-up should you decide you'd like to try Tabs+ again.
The App is very easy and simple to install but I had some issues with the mobile version of the app. So I asked for help and they wanted to get access to my shop, which i didnt gave them, because it didnt sound so serious. Since then i wrote several times via live chat and they ignore me. I have a new app now but there are some leftovers in my code from this app, which make my website very ugly. no one is here to help me the support is worth 0, which is very sad because the app would actually be very good. very sad that i have to write this review.
